Leg day has become an essential part of my weekly workouts. I started working out when I was 18. Those days I loved training arms and chest. Over the years of learning and failure I realized having a massive upper body and chicken legs is no good.
Now I train legs thrice a week and enjoy it a lot. My favourite is the leg press machine. Once in a while I would switch to free weights and do squats. Training calves is essential as well but my stubborn skinny calf muscles do not grow. Anyhow we must keep trying.
