A typical weekday

Here is a summary of my daily routine every weekday.

  • 4 30 AM : Wake up and drink 500 ml water. Meditate for a few minutes.
  • 4 45 AM – 5 30 AM : Make bed, shower, breakfast and get ready for work.
  • 5 30 AM – 6 AM : Read book while commuting to work.
  • 6 AM – 9 AM : Personal growth work or tasks.
  • 9 AM – 6 PM : Main job.
  • 6 PM – 6 30 PM : Listen to podcast while heading back home.
  • 6 30 PM – 8 30 PM : Gym/Running/Yoga/Socializing.
  • 8 30 PM – 9 30 PM : Dinner.
  • 9 30 PM – 10 15 PM : Netflix/Research.
  • 10 20 PM : Sleep.
