Box Jumps

Box Jump is my favourite cardio exercise. It is a plyometric move that works out the core, quads, glutes and calves. I like to challenge myself each week and increase the height of the jumps.

Normally I do 3 sets with 8-10 reps per set. This exercise helps build explosive power. I advise everyone to include this as a part of their high intensity training routine.
